How do you actually recognize a burnout?
Although more and more people suffer from burnout syndrome, those affected often describe very different symptoms. There is no binding definition of the disease. Fatigue syndrome is usually associated with overwork and stress at work. But how do you recognize a burnout?
No binding definition of burnout
Although there are more and more people suffering from burnout, there is as yet no definitive definition of this fatigue syndrome. Depression, lack of concentration, chronic fatigue, intense inner restlessness and beating heartbeat with a racing pulse are among the first signs of burnout.
Patients with very different symptoms

Family, friends and acquaintances provide support above all by not pushing the person concerned but by supporting them in small steps. Burnout is usually difficult to endure in the social environment. Therefore, relatives should above all take care of themselves and take their own needs seriously. Among other things, it can be helpful to observe common rituals, reserve time for each other and provide distraction.
